General Manager: Mr. Chen Cailang is the founder of Guangzhou Hsinchuyuan Electronic Equipment Co., Ltd. (formerly Zhanjiang Wanxing Navigation Technology Co., Ltd.), a former military engineer of the navy. He was sent as a visiting scholar to study navigation technology in Boston, USA.
